First and foremost, I express my support and solidarity with everyone around the world who has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic, either directly or indirectly.
I want to say a big thank you and extend my sincerest gratitude to the first responders, medical teams and all the people and organizations working hard to make the world safer.
In this extraordinary time in which we are all concerned about the uncertain future, I want to ensure that at BioScience, the safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate is our number one priority.
While the circumstances change dynamically, my team and I have been closely following the directives of local and global authorities to ensure that we are equipped with the most relevant information regarding the virus to help prevent its spread. We took strict precautions to protect our colleagues and their families, while also securing our business activities.
All our employees based out of Dubai and Madrid offices have been encouraged to work from home for the time being. We are all staying connected and continue our activities using digital and videoconferencing tools.
Our manufacturing site in Dümmer, Germany is fully operating and our production is secured. The current situation doesn’t affect the highest quality and safety standards of our production process and that will remain our top priority.
To our customers, I understand that is a very challenging time for many of you. My team is highly committed to keeping you informed of any relevant updates of the COVID-19 situation that may be critical to our industry. We do value our relationship with each and every one of you and we will stay at your disposal as we all navigate through these unprecedented times.
I also want to guarantee that our cooperation and support towards our industry partners will remain unchanged and we will continue to work together on current and future projects.
I encourage everyone to stay home and limit social interactions whenever possible. These are difficult times, but we will get through them by working together.
Stay safe.
