Innovative and educational live demos and lectures by renowned plastic surgeons brought to you by BioScience at AMWC 2022.

Celebrating the  20th edition of AMWC, BioScience has invested a lot of effort in putting together a very valuable and entertaining event at Grimaldi Forum, where distributors and doctors can not only learn from international KOL, but also get to enjoy a coffee whilst chatting with our BioScience experts.

Since the beginning, education has been one of the priorities of BioScience. That’s why this year, the two BioScience product lines HYAcorp and Genefill are putting together medical enriched information in two dedicated symposiums held on 31st March and 1st April.

The first lecture of the Genefill symposium will be presented by Italian plastic surgeon and member of BioScience medical committee, Dr. Fabio Fantozzi, in which the anatomy of buttocks in men and women will be the main topic.

Afterwards, attendees can experience the excitement of a live demonstration of a buttocks transformation on a transgender patient performed by Romanian plastic surgeon London-based,  Dr. Ducu Botoaca. Lastly, for Genefill, Dr. Athanasios Christopoulos, plastic surgeon from Greece, will present an in-depth lecture on the anatomy of the jawline and chin with Genefill DX.

The next day is HYAcorp’s turn, the most advanced cross-linked hyaluronic acid for body and face. Two plastic surgeons, Dr. Francesco Marchetti from Italy and Dr. Sofia Carvalho from Portugal, will be performing a 4-hand live demonstration of Buttocks Augmentation using HYAcorp products. Next, the second part of the symposium will be focused on the improvement of the technology of ultrasound devices for the body with the presence of Italian plastic surgeon and member of BioScience medical committee Dr. Massimiliano Brambilla.

Considering that safety has always been BioScience top priority, a specific lecture focusing on prevention and safety will take place with Italian plastic surgeon and head of the BioScience medical committee, Dr. Piero Crabai, supported by researched and clinical trial data.
